Books I highly Recommend, Health

Do you as a woman deal with painful PMS?

December 22nd 2009 | Posted by

Unfortunately many women still deal with heavy PMS issues & society still doesn’t take this seriously mainly because men have been telling women for years that they just have to SUCK IT UP & deal with it.

So I was quite surprised when I read this book a few years back & FINALLY had someone telling me that things were going to be alright, that I didn’t have to go through some much pain during my period (menses).

PMS: Solving the Puzzle – Sixteen Causes of Premenstrual Syndrome and What to Do About It” gives good tips on minimizing the PMS pain during your menstrual period & if you are a man reading this, I highly recommend you get this for the woman in your life, as we both know you have to suffer along side her.

Yes many women go through a lot of emotional & physical pain during their period, but it’s not their fault, it’s just that the medical community (because it has mainly been run by men up until recently) thinks women should just grin & bare it & I DISAGREE.

Women, this is a MUST read. Also taking those heavy duty pills that kill your liver will NOT help you down the road. I know, I used to take them from the age of 14 on & am now paying the price.

So, I highly recommend this book called, “PMS – Solving the Puzzle: Sixteen Causes of PMS and What to Do About It”
